Hi. I'm Matt. I don't really have any nicknames, so just Matt will do. I guess you could call me Matty, some do. On second thought, Matt is fine. Anyways, welcome to my blog. Never done a blog before. I thought it would be interesting. So, what can you expect? A plethora of things. First, let me tell you a bit about myself.

Like I said, the name's Matt. I live in Cincinnati, OH. I really like it here, for what's it's worth. I love Miles Davis, Charlie Parker, John Coltrane, Dave Brubeck, Henry Rollins, George Carlin and Ani Difranco, among others. I'm single, that's ok. I'm also sober. I suspect that will be a big thing in this blog.

Mostly though, expect a lot of, well, nerdy things. I am an avid Doctor Who fan, and love general sci fi and fantasy. I hold on to useless trivia about said subjects. I'm just now getting into Star Trek, and used to be obsessed with Star Wars, before ol' neck waddle Lucas shat on my dreams.

I would expect a lot of Doctor Who news, general ramblings on musings, struggles with sobriety, maybe a little politics, weird gifs, random thoughts on cats, gay life, and what's it's like to be a late 20's single gay alcoholic nerd jazz alternative culture Time Lord fanatic.

Let's get one thing straight though. You probably don't even exist. I mean, you exist in that you're real, I'm saying there isn't an audience for this. I'm doing this mostly for myself. I don't read blogs, why should I expect you to read mine?
